Three Portage Central standouts and a Hackett Catholic star have been named to the Michigan High School Baseball Coaches Association's 2021 Dream Team.
Shortstop Luke Leto, outfielder Zach MacDonald and pitcher Gavin Brasosky were joined on the team by Irish third baseman Stephen Kwapis, who helped lead Hackett to the D-4 State Championship.
MacDonald batted a team high .496 with 15 homers, while Leto hit .491 with 10 round trippers for a Mustangs team that lost in the D-1 State Championship game.
Brasosky was a perfect 10-0 with an 0.84 ERA, while also batting .352 with 11 homers.
All four players are committed to D-1 schools, with Leto and Brasosky headed to LSU and Tennessee respectively.
MacDonald will play at Miami of Ohio, while Kwapis is headed to Notre Dame.
