DETROIT (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Home ice isn't doing the Red Wings any favors and if they're lucky it might stay that way for one more game.

Tampa Bay survived a potential elimination Monday night with a 5-to-2 victory at the Joe.

Tyler Johnson scored two of the Lightning's five goals, grabbing a three-goal lead and holding off the Red Wings' comeback attempt.

Tomas Tatar pulled back two goals for the hosts but before they could find a third goal the visitors locked up their third win of the series.

Everything is on the line Wednesday as Tampa and Detroit head into game 7 tied 3-for-3 in the series at Amalie Arena.

That game starts at 7:30.
