The Western Michigan University Broncos evened up their record at 2-2 with a 19-point win on Saturday in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jon Wassink, a very efficient 20-25 for 234 yards and 3 touchdowns, despite the fact that Dee Eskridge and tight end Giovanni Ricci did not play. Also, not one, but two, 100 yard rushers on Saturday.
The Broncos forced three fumbles, four sacks, an interception, and 10 tackles for a loss.
It appears Lester has settled on a kicker. Gavin Peddie hit both field goal attempts, and all four of his PATs on Saturday. On the flip side, you also lost 2017 starter Josh Grant who quit the program earlier this week.
The Broncos open MAC play 3:30 p.m. Saturday against Miami of Ohio RedHawks at Yager Stadium.

Miami is 1-3 on the season after last week's 15-point road win over Bowling Green.
