WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WPEC) - This year's Super Bowl halftime show with Shakira and Jennifer Lopez has stirred controversy among many, but one man is taking it to another level.

Dave Daubenmire, a former central Ohio high school football coach and right-wing activist, said on his webcast that he wants to sue the NFL over how the show is keeping him "from getting into heaven" and that it put him "in danger of hell fire," the New York Daily News reported.

“I saw crotch shots... You didn’t tell me I was going to watch it,” he said. “You just brought it into my living room. You didn’t tell me there were going to be crotch shots.”

Daubenmire wants to file a class action lawsuit for $867 trillion as compensation for the "crotch shots" conservative viewers were forced to watch, according to the New York Daily News.

“That’s discriminatory against the values I have in my house — you can’t just do that,” he said. "I want to sue them. I want to sue them for about $867 trillion dollars.”

Daubenmire posted another video to Facebook on Monday, emphasizing his desire to sue.

"I tuned in to watch the football game," he said in the video. "I didn't tune in to see J. Lo's crotch."
