Anchor Kate Siefert spoke to RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel on Friday about President Donald Trump's recent visit to Michigan and the 7.7. million applications for absentee voters sent to Michiganders.

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson received backlash after sending out the ballot applications.

McDaniel said she “went beyond the bounds of her authority."

Trump threatened to take away federal funding from the state, which ultimately led to a Twitter feud between Benson and Trump.
