Gone Hollywood, he has. Western Michigan University mascot Buster Bronco landed a role in the CBS comedy "The Neighborhood."

The episode with Buster airs at 8 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2019.

"The Neighborhood" is a comedy about two newly neighbored families getting to know each other in a Los Angeles community. The newcomer family is headed by Dave Johnson (played by Max Greenfield) who hails from Kalamazoo, Michigan. Dave moved his family from Michigan to Los Angeles, into a home right next-door neighbors to the Butler family, headed by Calvin Butler (played by Cedric the Entertainer).

In Monday's episode a friend from Kalamazoo arrives for a visit with Dave. The visit is promoted by the on court match-up between Calvin and Dave's college basketball teams. Dave provides some tickets to the game and invites the friend, who has a few stories to tell.

CBS describes "The Neighborhood" as a sitcom offering a view into "what happens when the friendliest guy in the Midwest moves his family to a neighborhood in Los Angeles where not everyone looks like him or appreciates his extreme neighborliness." Cedric the Entertainer's character, Calvin, "is wary of the newcomers, certain that the Johnsons will disrupt the culture on the block."

"The Neighborhood" also stars Beth Behrs, Tichina Arnold, Sheaun McKinney, Marcel Spears and Hank Greenspan.
